In order to systematically expand our service portfolio, we are offering the use of our plant technology for re-filling and filling of materials. Our variable plant design allows us tailored processes to specific requirements, enabling us to respond flexibly and efficiently to our customers' individual needs.
These include, among others:
- Inerting with nitrogen (N₂) or dry air for low-oxygen and virtually moisture-free handling
- Customized design of infeed and outfeed
- Enclosed and encapsulated processing of critical materials
Transfer and filling is feasible for a wide range of standard containers, including big bags, drums, bagged goods, buckets/hobbocks, and other types of containers. In addition, we offer transfer into big bags of all types.
For bagged goods, an installed roller conveyor is provided to transport the material safely into the glove box. The drop path for every setup variant or system configuration is equipped with a tightly closing flap above the target container. Optionally, a sieve can be integrated into the glove box or the drop path.
