Our core expertise is the mixing and impregnation of dry solids, particularly powders. Impregnation—the controlled application of liquids to typically porous solids—is a key part of our services.
We employ multiple mixing techniques to address different material properties and process requirements. Our equipment includes six plow share mixers for intensive and homogeneous blending, as well as two cone mixers. We also operate a heatable Lindor mixer, known for its gentle mixing action; this unit can also be used for drying and impregnation.
Furthermore, our facility features three Eirich intensive mixers. Their robust design makes them suitable for diverse applications, with a special emphasis on powder granulation.
