IBU-tec's screening technology features a range of machines suited for diverse tasks and product specifications. Our equipment includes simple single-deck screens as well as complex multi-deck systems, such as a high-capacity 7-deck screen and multiple 2-deck screens. These units classify powders and granules—various bulk materials—into clearly defined particle fractions. Precise fractionation is especially critical after thermal treatments like calcination in a rotary kiln or processing in a pulsation reactor, serving as an essential quality assurance step.

Two of our 2-deck screens include ultrasonic cleaning, which maintains uniform throughput for fine-particle or adhesive materials. Another screening machine uses ball cleaning. We also utilize single-deck screens to selectively remove oversize or undersize particles, ensuring adherence to strict specifications or efficient elimination of unwanted material.

By combining different screening machines and carefully adjusting process parameters, we can achieve very narrow particle size ranges—an important advantage when handling demanding materials in research, development, or small-batch production. Our extensive experience in contract screening allows us to perform both straightforward and complex classification tasks with high efficiency and reproducibility. When needed, our screening processes can be integrated into larger processing chains, such as those involving granulation systems or upstream thermal treatment.

Our screening and classification technology covers a variable particle size spectrum, making it suitable for numerous applications. It can also be readily combined with granulation and thermal plants. This integration supports more effective and targeted product testing, development, and market launch projects.
